Superior Contract Cleaning Before Working With Us
Superior Contract Cleaning was struggling with their SEO for many years while trying and signing up with many different marketing service providers.
One of them even had the audacity to bill Superior over $7,000 per month for SEO!
That’s a hefty bill for anyone to pay, let alone a local business with 10 employees.
Rinea (owner) and I met in a Facebook community in May of 2024. Quickly after, we started working together on her website.
How Many Calls Did We Generate?
What’s the one thing all SEO clients care about the most?
Leads.
So, how many additional leads did we bring to Rinea’s cleaning and restoration business?
By looking at Google’s call tracking feature, you can see Rinea had 15 calls from her Google Business Profile in April, the month before we started working together.
In August, around 4 months later, the call count was 28. However, this is not a very fair estimate for a number of reasons:
- It just shows “calls,” without telling what type of calls are those. We’re seeing an increasing number of spam and sales calls from Google Business Profile with no way to filter them out (yet).
- This case study is written in the beginning of November 2024. The September and October were much slower according to her Google Business Profile, even though the leads kept coming at through her website and social media advertising.
This goes to show that Google’s call tracking is incomplete and sometimes completely inaccurate. However, the upward graph is still enough to display some results of our work.
At the time of writing this case study, the project is still ongoing.
How Our SEO Campaign Began
Rinea’s site had barely a few pages once we took over.
Also, her Google Business Profile had the wrong address and very little information.
The initial steps taken:
- Fix the wrong address, moving her Google Business Profile from Scott to Lafayette, a more densely populated area with more potential leads.
- Redesign her slow and “insufficient” website, emphasizing her company’s rich history (Inc. 5,000 x2, FT 500, and so on).
- Build out all the pages that will rank organically (service pages and location pages).
The initial phase took about a month, and shortly after we had already seen some pretty positive results:
- Location pages ranked in smaller cities around Lafayette for some of our target keywords
- Leads started coming in quickly after we fixed her wrong address

PR Campaigns
Something that was just a test at the time but has since become a norm in our campaigns is PR campaigns.
Since we started working together, Rinea and her company Superior Contract Cleaning have been featured in 10+ “digital PR” articles on websites like:
- USNews
- The Spruce
- WRAL
And others.
These not only help SEO but branding overall.
Unlike typical guest posts built by most SEOs, these articles actually get ranked on Google and pushed to social media because they’re done by big media companies.
Money Keywords
The last thing to achieve in order to wrap up this campaign is to climb to the top of money keywords both organically and on Google Maps.
Then the client can be served by all the hard work put in for years to come after.
